Bharse is an Indian healthcare platform company. We build the operating system that runs hospitals and labs — and we build it so the software helps the people doing the actual work, not the other way around.
Why we exist.
Indian healthcare runs on a patchwork of tools — paper, spreadsheets, half-finished EHRs, a separate billing system, an outsourced claims consultant — that don't talk to each other. The result is that doctors spend a third of their day typing what they already said, receptionists keep parallel ledgers, and patients carry their own records in plastic folders.
Bharse exists to fix the plumbing. Not by adding another tool to the pile, but by replacing the pile with one platform that handles every part of the workflow — clinical, operational, financial, regulatory — on a single shared patient record.
Principles we work to.
The screen serves the consult, not the other way around. If a feature makes the doctor look away from the patient more, we don't ship it.
India-first by design. Indian language support, Ayushman flows, ABDM integration, NABH reporting — these are core, not add-ons.
Compliance is invisible to the user. The boring half of healthcare software has to be perfect — so the visible half can be light. Audit trails, encryption, tenant isolation, data residency: all built in, none in the way.
We earn the renewal. Your data is portable on day one. We'd rather build software you actively want to keep using than rely on lock-in.
One named person, on WhatsApp. Healthcare runs on relationships. So does our support model.
Who we are.
A committed, focused team of engineers, designers, and healthcare practitioners. We've built and operated clinical systems at scale; we've sat in OPD chairs; we've spent enough Sunday nights debugging billing edge cases to take them seriously.
We hire for product judgement and clinical literacy in equal measure.
What we're not.
We're not a generic SaaS retrofitted for healthcare. We're not a consulting firm that builds custom EHRs for each client. We're not a wrapper around a foreign product, re-skinned for Indian regulations.
We're a cloud-native platform, built for Indian healthcare from the first commit — one opinionated product, hosted by us, sold at one published price.
